Alfred Zhang has over 15 years<\/strong> of experience in IP consulting and litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He holds a Bachelor\u2019sDegree in Clinical Medicine from Sichuan University, a Juris Master Degree of Law from Fudan University, and an LLM in E-Commerce and Telecommunications Law from the University of Hertfordshire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His practice areas include IP rights acquisition, commercialisation, and protection in China and the layout and protection of overseas intellectual property rights for Chinese enterprises. Alfred also provides legal advice on cross-border investment and M&A transactions and offers legal advice for foreign-funded enterprises conducting business in China.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
